Martin Hatanaka, Managing Director

Martin has over 20 years of consulting and IT experience, specializing in the management and profitable growth of professional services organizations. He has extensive experience with large ERP and IT implementation projects and business transformation projects within finance, supply chain, manufacturing, billing & collections, human resources and self service applications. Prior to Trecata, Martin has held numerous leadership roles with a variety of professional services organizations. Martin holds an Industrial Engineering and Finance degree from the University of Toronto.

David Kealey, Managing Director

David brings over 23 years of experience successfully delivering Oracle solutions globally. As Managing Director, David is responsible for the delivery of the Oracle e-Business suite, and building strong alliances to deliver total enterprise solutions to clients. Prior to Trecata, David was CTO at NRX Global, a provider of Asset Management software. He has also held senior positions with PwC (now IBM) and Oracle. David holds a Computer Programming and Analysis Diploma from Seneca College.

Campbell J. Mattear, Managing Director

Cam brings over 18 years of international experience in the implementation and upgrade of Oracle Applications and related technologies. He possesses extensive experience in the design, implementation and support of financial and cost management systems, as well as expertise in software selection and evaluation the development of IT systems strategies, and business systems analysis, design and development. Prior to Trecata, Cam held important roles in the PwC (now IBM) Oracle practice, NCR and AT&T. He holds a Commerce degree from Queen’s University.

Rick Oppitz, Managing Director

Rick brings over 15 years of technical consulting experience focused on delivering ERP implementation, upgrade and maintenance projects. An experienced solution architect, Rick is sought after by clients to support the implementation of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, customer relationship management, human resources and self service applications. Prior to Trecata, he held management positions with PwC (now IBM). Rick holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Manitoba and Aerospace Engineering degree from the University of Toronto.
